Climate Justice. Dympna Mallon who has spoken to us in the past about climate change and our responsibility to play our part in reversing it will be with us again next weekend (March 12/13th). It is her hope to set up an ongoing programme that would keep parishioners involved in helping those most endangered by climate change namely the poorest in our world.

V Terry Reardon of Palmerston Rd. who died on 24th February will be buried in St. Patrick’s Cemetery after Requiem Mass here at 12:30pm on Tuesday 15th March. May he rest in peace.
UNABLE TO MAKE IT TO MASS? The church offers a service called Mass Link. At 6pm Sunday Mass, via Skype, we call people who want to listen to the Mass and broadcast the Mass to them over their phones. This service is available for anyone who can't make it to Mass, be that due to illness or any other reason. If you would like this service, please give your number to Father John and we will ring you for every Sunday at 6pm to listen in!

Parish Pilgrimage to Lourdes. 31 people have now been booked for our trip to Lourdes Sept 26 to 30. We are closing the booking until after Easter when we will check the air fare and let you know what the new price will be.
ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS. Please accept school vouchers from Sainsbury’s and donate them to St. Patrick’s school. Hand them in to the repository or at the school.
RAFFLE. A raffle will be held this weekend to raise funds to support a school in Bethlehem and the Catholic church in China. The draw will take place during the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in the hall on the 12th of March.
WALK WITH ME A Lenten Journey of Prayer is now available in the repository at 50p each.
MARRIAGE IN CHURCH. Couples thinking of getting married later this year are asked to register in good time. Make an appointment to see Fr. John or Fr Kevin and they will help you from there. Couples planning to marry in another parish or even outside the country should realise that the process properly begins here.
